Something For Everybody - Bushnell Doesn't Disappoint With the Yardage Pro...

Make no mistake, the Bushnell Yardage Pro Laser Rangefinder is technical marvel and one of the most advanced laser rangefinders on sale for any price. In fact, it's the only 100% waterproof laser rangefinder that floats!

Bushenll's Yardage Pro Laser RangefinderBushnell has developed some incredible technology that lets the Yardage Pro Legend instantaneously measure distances between 10 and 930 yards with +/- one-yard accuracy. Depending on the reflectivity of your target, you can typically expect to range a deer up to 450 yards, a tree up to 800 yards and the unit's maximum range of 930 yards for a very reflective surface like a building or vehicle.

Like the Bushnell 1500, the Scout 1000 and Sport 450, the Yardage Pro is packed with new features. Like their Permafocus 6x-magnification monocular sighting system. The optics give superior resolution while the SCAN and ZIP modes make for quick and easy shots. Bad weather is no problem as the Legend's software automatically adjusts for inclement weather.

Use it as a golf laser rangefinder, on the water while boating or fishing or for hunting and hiking. But these Bushnell range finders really come into their own when in the hands of a serious hunter. It's small, ergonomic and the range finder can be used one-handed easily. It's small so you can drop it into any pocket when you need to get it out of the way.

For a little laser rangefinder background, remember that color, surface finish, size and shape of the target will affect reflectivity and therefore range. Brighter colors can be ranged farther away. Red, for example, is very reflective and red objects can be ranged farther away than similar objects that are black. Black, by the way, is the least reflective color and anything black makes for a poor target . Shiny finishes provide more range than a dull ones. Small targets are more difficult to range than large ones. Lastly, lighting conditions affect the unit's ability to range. Bright sunny days make for shorter ranges - Overcast and dark days provide for longer ranges.

Yardage Pro Legend Targeting Modes:
